GeoBrief Weekly is operated from Japan. This page sets out the seller’s details and the terms of sale, as required of businesses selling online under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

- The price of each plan is shown on the pricing page. Prices are stated in pounds sterling and include any tax that applies.
- Additional costs商品代金以外の必要料金
- None. Internet access and any printing are your own. Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion charge, which is a matter between you and them.
- Payment methods支払方法
- Credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. Department plans may instead be invoiced against a school purchase order.
- When payment is taken支払時期
- When you subscribe, and then at the start of each renewal period until you cancel. Invoiced plans are payable on the terms stated on the invoice.
- When the service is provided役務の提供時期
- Immediately. Your account gains access to the archive as soon as payment is confirmed, and a new brief is published each teaching week during term time.
- Cancellation and refunds返品・キャンセル
- You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Because this is a digital service rather than a physical product, there is no return. If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a school, you may cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a refund. If something has gone wrong, write to us — the full terms are on the terms page.

- A current web browser and an internet connection. Packs are supplied as PDF files, so a PDF reader is needed to open them and a printer to print them.
